Southwest Reflection: Channel inlay is one of the newer art forms of Southwest jewelry making. Each piece is unique and truly a work of art. Having designed the jewelry piece and finished the silverwork, the silversmith will then individually cut each stone until it fits the space left in the silver for the stone.

Southwest Sterling Silver & Opal Pendants. (Left) Signifying success in the hunt and protection from enemies, this charming sterling silver arrowhead pendant features stamped edges, channel inlay created blue opal and a cut and polished round turquoise nugget. Approx 3/4" width x 1 1/4" height. Sterling silver chain included. (Center) Inspired by shell jewelry worn by ancients, this beautiful sterling silver pendant is channel inlaid with created white opal. Approx 1" width x 1 1/8" height. Sterling silver chain included. (Right) The cross, introduced to the Southwest by the Spaniards, is produced as an art form rather than a religious symbol. Crafted of sterling silver and channel inlay created blue opal. Approx 1 1/4" width x 1 1/2" height. Sterling silver chain included.
