Southwest Sterling Silver Inlay Dangle Earrings Turquoise Jewelry. Channel inlay or mosaic inlay. Handcrafted of fine sterling silver, these beautiful art pieces are inlay with cut and polished genuine turquoise, jet, coral and mother of pearl. The channel inlay earrings have a sterling silver post and back, while the mosaic inlay earrings feature sterling silver French hooks.
